Eligible Returns

Itemsmay be returned within 1-2 days of delivery if they are defective incase of unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, custom orders, and stitched garments are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Core Policy Rules

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom-stitched or tailored pieces are final sale.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Sale items can only be exchanged for size, not for refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item was faulty.
  • Refunds are processed as Store Credit or via Original Method.
